When we were babies we knew how to breathe from our bellies – we didn’t make it happen it was innate

There wasn’t a joke to “get” we just laughed – pure joy – innate 

Get back in touch with your Innate Body Wisdom

Can be as simple as a deep belly breath and a laugh. 

Engage the diaphragm muscles –

Breathe out through your mouth with an ooo like you are blowing out candles on a birthday cake tummy muscles go in

Breathe in through your nose – let your belly expand like a balloon

Breathe out the old 

Breathe in the new

Turn the corners of your mouth up

Smile

Breathe in.

Breathe out engaging belly breath with sound – a gentle ha ha ha hahaha
